Mental Health Treatment & General Eduction Behavioral Program The planning committee for this proposal assessed from local news and communities survey in different cities in South Florida . Nti Articulate Behavioral  Learning Center is equipped  for training and counseloring children ,  who having sexually abuse issue that leading them to behavioral that starts by dropout of school, teen pregnancy, runaway, homeless, drug abuse our serivice is put inplace to help young girls in our communities  that despite need of Nti Articulate Behavioral Learning Center .  The school as well as community will look forward to having Nti Articulate Behavioral Learning Center for regular school, mental health treatment under one roof and  comprise with summer programs.  The NTIABLC need an opportunity of a lifetime for the community help us make this coming to existing intervention  that help our young girls now and for the future.  However, the center is now applying for funding  hoping to bring forward NTIABLC in 2010 . Our budget must be carefully planned to provide with smooth funding (, equipment, and  Professional ,trained certified teachers and mental health counselors.

Social Services   Young girl teenagers 14 to 17 years only These programs at NTIBALC will benefits student with behavioral aggressive disorders; victim of sexually abuse as a child to help the participant to deal with their abuse and help prevent the risky behavioral  by taking control of the public schools system. This is time that community can help our student get a grip on a new begin for the future. Preventable risky behavior cannot start too early .The early the better for young girls ags 14 to 17 years old  in City of Fort Lauderdale. NTIABlC hope to enlighten other community to get involved to make safe and better schools for young girls who are facing them problem with from their abuse that they maybe keep inside to develop without pressure to fit in normal environment.  NTIABLC will help young girls and families aim at strengthening them and increasing in learning  sexually abuse denial problems before dealing with their general education along with mental health treatment.   NTIABLC in Fort Lauderdale Florida Program will strengthening the Community and help give public location for regular classroom setting with mental health treatment for young girl only ages 14 to 17 years.  NTIABLC  will help release over-crowded classes in the public school with various student with special needs and behavioral aggressive disorders  students who needs  one on one training from Certified Trained teacher and behavior specialist.  The community needs assessment of risk factors and safety factors for our young girl  and teenages who are being molested in our schools and local communities by over-crowded sexually abuse young girls with regular children in public school system.   School Climate Instruction Intervention for sexually abuse programs Family involvement Student assessment School Community partnerships Professional Development Internal and External communities School organization Program evaluation

Educational Activities Behavior changes NTALC programs will address special needs Behavioral aggressive disorders “risk factors “victims of abuse and fill existing programs for abuse and foster children or homeless children. Saturday Academy, and summer programs, provides parent, and community members with an afternoon/ Evening after school programs.   Student Programs Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm daily programs for all students’ daily activities.   Summer Programs there will be 4 hours a day 5 days a week. Behavioral Programs -There are many causes of this low performance but we believe most significant ones are lack of parental involvement, undiagnosed learning disabilities and lack of individual student attention in public schools.  NTALC programs will change the lives of the children who are a part of the program as well as their families by providing programs that address the underlying causes of low educational performance.  Once parents become involved in their children’s education and the child has support that he/she needs to be successful in school and at home, success is inevitable for the entire family.  Home visits certified therapist go out to the family homes to keep up the family needs what the entire family needs are such as job, education substances abuse or homeless.  This program will be offering in different time of the District’s Summer Program, which is offered in the City of Fort Lauderdale.  This program will be design to help the whole entire family and the community.    Specific Learning HIV Program  Demonstrates responsible behavior to respect for difference among people in physical activity settings.  HIV and Homeless students will achieves and maintains health special needs for enhancing level support and shelter .  NTABLC will provide opportunities for HIV and Homeless, victim of abuse a places for shelter ( for these specific Programs.   Speech and Languages Programs Students K-12 will regularly participate in mental and physical education activities by professional development certified teachers.  NTALC applies development concepts and principles to Articulate Learning development of speech student and languages with behavioral aggressive disorders. Once the students develop in NTABLC they can be put back into a regular public school.
